The BR-AF Telescoping Support arm attaches to your trailer jack and to the outermost point of the bike rack to support the downward force on the bike carrier. The arm telescopes from 24.5 inches up to 42 inches. The measurement is taken from the bracket which attaches to the post of your jack up to the bracket which attaches to the front of the bike carrier.
- Arm is telescopic in order to adjust to differences in height on individual setups between the jack and end of the bike rack
- Attaches to your trailer jack and to the outermost point of the bike rack to support the downward force on the bike carrier
- Arm telescopes from 24.5 inches up to 42 inches. The measurement is taken from the bracket which attaches to the post of your jack up to the bracket which attaches to the front of the bike carrier
- Required for use on 3 Bike and 4 Bike models
- The Telescoping Support Arm can also be used on a 2 Bike Attachment to provide additional support but it is not required

If you plan on hauling an eBike this is a necessity. Takes the weight and distributes it directly onto the frame. The only issue I had was the slide was not tapped for the proper size bolt with the rotating handle. I had to drill it out and retap it. Definitely a quality assure problem. Otherwise this would have been a 5.

This worked great. Our bike rack is not an Arvika rack , but with some adjustments we got it to work. It arrived in Pa in a timely manner. Very satisfied.
