The Swagman 64029 1/2 Inch Threaded Locking Hitch Pin is designed specifically for Swagman racks to prevent theft and the somewhat annoying sway that you might experience from time to time.

Using anti-wobble technology, the threaded pin pulls the Swagman hitch rack bar to one side of the hitch receiver, preventing movement during travel. Tubular high-security keys allow easy access with only a quarter turn to unlock. It is also triple chrome-plated for maximum rust protection.
