The Thule Shield pannier 13L mounts easily to your 8-16mm bike rack and once installation is complete, they can be attached and detached in mere seconds. These bags are perfect for mounting on Thule's own Pack 'n Pedal Tour Rack or Side Frames, or on pannier racks from another manufacturer. The attachment system includes an easy clip system to grab the horizontal rails on your pannier rack along with a lower magnetic mount to keep the bags from swaying.

The Shield Pannier Small series uses reflective elements all around the bag to increase safety and visibility when you're on the road. A light attachment point lets you mount a blinker as well. Interior pockets help your smaller gear stay organized. Carry the Shield Pannier with an integrated grab handle or a detachable shoulder strap.
