RockyMounts GigaWatt - E-Bike Hitch Rack - 2" Hitch

The RockyMounts GigaWatt is an advanced two-bike hitch rack designed for electric bicycles weighing up to 80 pounds each. Unlike other ebike racks, the GigaWatt addresses common issues, offering frame protection, fender compatibility, robust locking, and a generous bike spacing. High Load Capacity and Fender Compatible

The RockyMounts GigaWatt can carry 2 electric bikes weighing up to 80lbs each when used on a vehicle with a 2" hitch or an RV with less than 72" from the rear axle to the hitch pin hole.

Approved for RV Use

The GigaWatt is APPROVED for use on RV's and 5th Wheel Trailers with the following limitations:

RV's

• Measure distance from center of rear axle to center of hitch pin hole. Refer to following bullet points for maximum weight capacities based on distance.
  
• Up to 72" = MAX 80 lbs per bike - RV Bolt Not Required
  
• 72" to 96" = MAX 60lbs per bike - RV Bolt Required
  
• 96" and longer = MAX 50lbs per bike - RV Bolt Required
  
• Class 3 Hitch Bolted to the Frame Required (No bumper mount hitches)
  
• Do not use adapters, swing our accessories, or any other device between the GigaWatt and receiver hitch unless specificed below
  
• 15" minimum ground clearance from hitch to ground
  
• Do not use bike covers due to excessive wind force and impeding lights
  
• Inspect rack before each use, tighten bolts if neccessary
  
• If you need a Hitch Extension, RockyMounts 8" Hitch Extension LS is the only approved extension (8" must be added to above measurements)

5th Wheels

• MAX 50lbs per bike on all 5th Wheels
  
• Double Axle required, 5000lbs GVW Minimum
  
• 15" minimum ground clearance from hitch to ground
  
• Class 3 Hitch Bolted to the Frame Required (No bumper mount hitches)

• Do not use bike covers due to excessive wind force and impeding lights

Travel Trailers and Tent Trailers

The GigaWatt is NOT APPROVED for use on travel trailers or tent trailers.
