Thule Chariot Sport now in stock

The Thule Sport, previously only available in Europe, is now in stock at Racks For Cars and available for purchase at either of our two Edmonton store locations or here on our website racksforcars.com. The Thule Chariot Sport comes in two colours: Blue and Black and is available in a single child model or a double child model. The Sport features removable side windows, a handlebar brake, bike lock kit, and reclining seats.

Premium, high end features

The Thule Chariot Sport includes premium, high end features such as a built in throttle-style hand brake, increased seat and back padding, and a climate control cockpit. The Thule Chariot Sport is the perfect stroller, bike trailer, or jogger for athletes and those looking to get the most out of their Chariot child carrier.

Bike and stroll kits included

As with all Thule Chariot models, the Thule Chariot Sport includes both the Bicycle Trailer Kit and Strolling Kit to get you started. If you are a runner you can add the Jogging Kit for increased performance while running or jogging with your Thule Chariot Sport. For nordic skiers the Cross-Country Ski Kit allows you to turn the Thule Chariot Sport into a ski pulk which is pulled behind you.

Available in double and single models

The Thule Chariot Sport will be available in both a single child model and a double child model. The single child model can carry one child up to 49 lbs in weight and up to 75 lbs of total weight (child + gear) while the double child model can carry two children up to 49 lbs per child and up to 100 lbs of total weight (children + gear). The Sport comes in a Thule Blue and Black colorway to provide high visibility and style.

Hand brake and climate control cockpit

The Thule Chariot Sport includes all the features of the Thule Chariot Cross including an adjustable handlebar, adjustable suspension, peekaboo window, removable padding, reclining seats and drop down storage. In addition to these features the Thule Chariot Sport also includes a hand activated brake built into the center of the handlebar. The throttle style brake activates disc brakes on the rear wheels which provides increased control of the stroller especially while jogging or running. The Chariot Sport also features removable window coverings for increased air flow through the cock pit keeping your child or children more comfortable on warm days.

Sport vs Cross vs Lite Comparison

The three newest models of Thule Chariots are the Sport, Cross, and Lite. The comparison chart below will give you an overview of which features and accessories are included with the stroller. The Sport, Cross, and Lite all have a similar appearance but as you move from the Lite to the Cross to the Sport more features are includes for both child comfort and ease of use and control for the parent. All three models are great options depending on your needs but this chart will help you with your purchasing decision.
