The Arvika 4 Bike Attachment is one part of a three part system designed to carry four bikes in front of your trailer and works with Travel Trailers, 5th Wheel Trailers, and Airstream Trailers when purchasing the correct trailer bracket. Bracket sold separately.
If using this Arvika bike rack system on a Travel Trailer or Airstream trailer your bikes will sit above the propane tanks. If using this system on a 5th Wheel Trailer your bikes will sit in front of your trailer or in front of your trailer and above the cab of your truck if being used on with the 5th Wheel XL Bracket on a short box truck.
The 4 Bike Attachment is a tray style bike rack. This means that your bikes will sit in an aluminum tray and an arm secures down on the crossbar portion of your bike frame. Two wheel straps are also used on each bike wheel to secure the tires into the tray.
The 4 Bike Attachment includes the aluminum bike rack base, 4 black aluminum bike trays, 4 bike arms, and 8 wheel straps. The longer bike arm which is used to clamp the outside bike includes a locking knob to prevent the theft of your bikes from the rack. A bike cable can also be used to add additional security to the bike rack.
On a 4 bike Arvika bike rack, 3 of the bikes sit forward of the upward portion of the rack and 1 bike sits to the rear of the upward portion of the rack. The 1 bike tray on the back sits up higher than the other bikes so that the handlebars clear your trailer as the trailer slopes back.
When carrying either 3 or 4 bikes using an Arvika bike rack system you will also require an Arvika Telescoping Support Arm. See below in the features list to determine which Support Arm is required for your application.

- If using this 4 bike system on a 5th Wheel Trailer with the Arvika 5th Wheel XL Bracket you require the Arvika BR-5WXL Telescoping Support Arm. This support arm attaches to the front of your goose neck and to the front of the bike rack.
- If using this 4 bike system on a Travel Trailer you require the Arvika BR-AF Telescoping Support Arm This support arm attaches to the base of your jack and to the front of the bike rack.
