What's new on the Kickr Bike Pro verus the Kickr Bike v2

While the main components of the Wahoo Kickr Bike (everything below the handlebars and saddle) are virtually unchanged there have been a number of upgrades which are now included on the Kickr Bike Pro. The updates are detailed below.
