Thule Tour Rack - Front or Rear Bicycle Pannier Rack

The Thule Tour Rack is a bicycle pannier rack with a unique universal attachment system that will work on nearly bike frame in either a front or back position, even on front shocks. To attach, the Thule Rack sits down against the frame with four rubberized feet that get secured into place with ratcheting nylon web straps using an included Allen key. A key is required to release the attachment mechanisms for security.

The Thule Tour Rack works perfectly with the Thule pannier bags and other Pack 'n Pedal accessories.

This is the second generation of this product design. Compared to the first generation Thule Pack 'n Pedal Tour Rack, this rack has improved rubberized feet to grip the bike frame, a redesigned top plate, and a new mounting spot for a light or reflector.
