The Yakima EXO TopShelf installs onto the Yakima EXO SwingBase, sold separately, to double the carrying capcity of the EXO Hitch System. Popular combinations are the GearLocker + DoubleUp, GearLocker + GearWarrior, and GearLocker + SnowBank.
