The Thule UpRide 599100 Fat Bike Adapter is designed to be mounted onto the Thule UpRide 599000 (sold separately) to give you the ability to carry a bike with a tire size between 3 and 5 inches.
The 599100 UpRide Adapter is easily interchangeable, so if you have a road bike that you need to carry you can quickly switch back to the standard tire mount.
