The Yakima Universal Quick Release(QR) Locking Skewer is a straight forward, easy to use, locking QR skewer that is designed to fit almost any fork style bike mount on the market. The QR lockable skewer is compatible with almost any 9mm x 100mm axles and gives you the ability to add a lock into which would prevent someone from being able to remove your bike off the rack.

The Yakima Universal QR locking skewer is a great add on for bike racks such as the Yakima HighSpeed roof bike rack allowing you to lock the forks of your bike down to the rack.
