Kuat Grip 6 Ski and Snowboard Rack - Metallic Gray

The Kuat Grip 6 Gray Metallic is a roof mounted ski rack designed to fit six sets of large skis or four snowboards. Whether you’re loading up for an afternoon on the slopes or following the snow for a week, the Kuat Grip 6 makes quick work of packing your arsenal of skis and boards.

The Kuat Grip utilizes universal mounting hardware giving you the ability to mount it onto the majority of factory and after-market crossbar systems.

Slides out for easier loading and unloading

A common problem on taller vehicles, especially on factory racks can be reaching your gear easily. The Kuat Grip has been designed so that it can be slid out to the side of the vehicle making it significantly easier to load your skis or boards without the need to climb up into your doors.

Grip levelling

Depending on your crossbars and vehicle, it may be necessary to adjust the angle of your GRIP racks so that they sit level relative to the vehicle roof. Having the ability to level out your ski carrier is important both for protecting your skis and boards along with ease of sliding the rack in and out.

Universal mounting hardware included

The Kuat Grip 6 uses Kuat's patented Flip mounting hardware. The Flip mounting hardware utilizes a steel strap that is coated in rubber to secure around your crossbars. This is done by snugging the strap up using the included 4mm allen key and then flipping the lever closed. The mounting hardware can then be locked with the included lock cores and key to prevent someone from removing your ski rack.

Fully locking

The Grip 6 includes locks to secure the Flip mounting hardware and the Grip ski and snowboard carrier. When the carrier is installed, closed, and locked the carrier cannot be removed and your skis and snowboards are secured in place.
