Swagman 66670 Nomad - 2 Bike Rack - 2" Hitch RV Approved

The Swagman 66670 Nomad is a 2 bike hitch rack that is RV-Rated. The Nomad is a platform style bike rack that utilizes 3D wheel trays with additional rubber straps to secure your wheels and telescoping hooks that secure onto your bikes crossbar to create a stable hold.

The Nomad provides 8 inches of additional ground clearance in comparison to the Swagman Traveler XC2 which is another popular RV approved bike rack. That extra clearance helps with getting your trailer or RV up driveways, curbs, and anywhere else approach angles are a concern.

RV Approved

The Nomad was built with a full 2 inch receiver and without the folding feature that is on most other Swagman bike racks these are both important changes in order to make sure the rack has the appropriate strength required to be mounted onto the back of an RV. The reason these modifications exist is due to the fact that there is significantly more whip action on the back of RV in comparison to most other passenger vehicles.
