Thule Shield Pannier 13 Litre Pair - Black

The Thule Shield 13L Pannier is a compact, water-resistant bike bag set designed for commuting, everyday rides, and shorter cycling adventures. With 13 litres of storage per bag, these panniers provide convenient space for essentials while keeping your gear protected from changing weather. The IPX4 waterproof rating helps shield contents from heavy rain and splashing, making them a practical choice for daily cycling.

Designed for convenience, the Shield panniers attach directly to compatible bike racks with 8–16 mm tubing and can be installed or removed in seconds without additional adapters.
