The Thule Xadapt 3 is an adapter kit containing 8 x 80mm carriage bolts to mount the Thule 834 Hull-a-Port kayak carrier around taller crossbars like the Thule Rapid Aero or Xsporter load bars. These 80mm carriage bolts are intended to replace the bolts that come with the kayak carriers, extending their lower plates down in an effort to fit taller/fatter bars.
